What is Punchcard?

Points, VIP tiers, and referrals paid as native Shopify store credit — no order caps, and your loyalty data lives in your own store, not a third-party wallet. Truly unlimited at $35/mo versus order-capped plans at $199–999/mo.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Points on purchase, signup, birthday, and social actions for one store; Referral links with two-sided rewards, 150 orders/mo, with no credit card and no time limit. It's not a stripped-down trial.

Will the price ever change based on my order volume?

No. Unlimited is $35/mo flat regardless of volume — unlimited orders — genuinely; no soft caps.

How do I actually pay?

Through Shopify's own billing — approve the charge once inside your Shopify admin and it's billed on your normal Shopify invoice. See Pricing for the full breakdown.

Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?

Yes, anytime, from the app's page in your Shopify admin — no email, no retention flow, no minimum term.

Does Punchcard work with the other Keelhelm Shopify apps?
